On arrival in st.moritz I found my clothes(shipped overnight express,) with a warm note and at no charge ! The Basel delivered over and above. If we ever return to - Good location; stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas Market. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to key markets, museums, and room came with public transport pass. We had two good meals at the restaurant and found the breakfast typical of a good European hotel. I don't know where the others ate. Excellent coffee served with warm milk.
