  An absolutely beautiful, elegant refurbished historic hotel in the middle of the Swiss countryside. A delicious breakfast buffet, spotless room. An easy side trip to Lucerne and the surrounding countryside. A wonderful surprise!   We arrived in the midst of a heavy rain storm. Two staff members were busily mopping the entrance to keep it clean and dry. We were immediately welcomed by the host and his wife.
