It is a wonderful hotel at a wonderful place. The room is very tidy and clean and spacious. They offer the free bus pass within the town and 2 special coins each person per day that can be used on the automatic washing machine & drier or for two cups of hot drinks like some kinds of coffee and tea and even chocolate drink.

One of the best backpacking/ low budget places to stay. Location is great (close to everything - 2 min walk to seriously...everything), but is also very quiet. Staff are helpful (and even remember if you've been there before). facilities are great for a hostel and the breakfast is better than some 4/5 star hotels offer. Heaps of things to do locally in all types of weather. And they also have washing machines and driers (a rare commodity in not only Interlaken, but a lot of Swiss towns). S

Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

Very good location which is just next to the train station.
Helpful staff and they speak excellent English.
The hostel is very new with good facility.
Very cozy room and common area.
Dinner supplied not really expensive taking the price of food in Switzerland into account. But if you don‘t want to pay, you can bring your own stuff and a microwave oven is provided for free.
Everything is very clean.

great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..

The hotel is in a spectacular position near Interlaken with views of the lake and the snow topped alps. The room we had was superb, very spacious and had great views. The staff were very friendly and attentive. For travellers without transportation it is a little inconvenient at certain times to get to the hotel, after certain hours in the evening

I loved your hotel. It's our 41st anniversary year of celebration and it was the perfect choice that my daughter made for us. I love the view of the lake along with awesome breakfast served. We were given excellent reception on arrival and guided so well by the staff. We have enjoyed so much that choosing Switzerland as the last country of visit during the other countries we visited in this same tour was the PERFECT CHOICE to end it with Switzerland and Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel. Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area, although if you want to explore Interlaken fully, this hotel is up at one end. However we only used it as a base and we had a car, so the amount of stuff around the hotel was adequate for our evening strolls. Staff great. We had a free upgrade to a suite. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

I have arrived the hotel after midnight. But the staff was waiting foronly us. And he explained all about trip and gave documents for the trip(map, timetable for train, other guildlines...) at that time. - The reception was warm and the owners extremely nice and friendly.
