They checked us in even though we arrived early in the morning. The room was comfortable and spacious; very near to the train station; easy access and nice having the airport shuttle. They exceeded my expectations in overall quality. The staff was fast and efficient. The welcome tray of chocolates and water was much appreciated as was the free wired internet service. - Everything is brand new (I'm writing Aug 2008). The rooms are super clean, and the place has a modernist cool-hotel look. It was very easy to stay there.

The room was comfortable and the staff wereextremely helpful. From my month long trip through Europe, the swissotelin Zurich was by far the best. Will definitely stay again.

The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

A very nice, modern and comfortable hotel in the quartel, where ordinary people are living, away from the tourist zones. Some restaurants (italian, chinese...) within the walking distance, also a nice hammam open till 11 p.m. Good public communication, even if you have to walk a little bit, by bus to the main railway station, by tram to the centre and by s-bahn to the airport. Very modern design of the rooms, quiet location (the back building) and the tree forest from the back.
