  I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Being an early riser it was a pleasure to be able to have real coffee first thing in the morning. Also fantastic location. - the hotel is very comfortable in a central location wlth all the facilities needed.

  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.   Staff and bed comfort - I travel with a car so usually I make sure to book a hotel outside the city , and the location for this hotel was very nice to me , it is located in quite area and just 15 min to Zurich downtown by car and you can use the train if you want , the station is just opposite the hotel ! - staff can speak English
