Fantastic location! Next door to Royal Palace, plus Gamla Stan is sightseeing object itself, so you can easily kill a day or half-a-day just wandering there. It is a budget accommodation of course, but it perfectly satisfies your basic needs - rooms are clean and comfortable, showers are decent, well equipped kitchens and nice light breakfast. Poo

The atmosphere was really calm and friendly, informal yet absolutely non-intruding, creating instant "at-home" feeling.
I had a single room with an openable window facing a narrow old town street and one of the walls revealing historic building bricks. Cozy and simple.
I would definitely wish to stay in this hostel again when visiting Stockholm next time!

In particular a young man called johan who booked taxis for us, helped us get onto guestlists for clubs etc... Great location with a superb view over one of the cities emblematic features (Gamla Stan). All the other main points of interest are within seconds distance.

The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!
