I loven the location: quiet street in the centre of Gothenburg. Room was nicely light and airy nicy decorated and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice rooms, bright and modern, yet charming. Generous bathroom. Some noise from the street early in the morning, but tolerable, considering the extremely central location. Friendly staff. Free wifi (the extra charge in some other hotels charge is utterly annoying. Not so in this hotel), and the internet actually worked.

The view! Lovely view of the water from my room on the 10th floor.
Small amenities like the coffee machine - after staying in several places without anything like this, which used to be fairly standard, it was a nice touch.

The bed was extremely comfortable; blinds made the room very dark for sleeping; the breakfast buffet was excellent and machine cappuccino was good. The view from our room on the 9th floor was great.

I liked the room with a terrace and space, and also the courtesy of the staff. Special thanks to the dark haired waitress in the hotel restaurant about 18:00 hours 11.05, I'm really impressed by her. 10 points :-). -
We can use washing machines and dryers in the laundry rooms. The room was large even for one guest. Every staff is very helpful. I
