  After some problems with our train, we got at the hotel very late at night, and even so we were very well received. It was a great feeling going into the room after such a tiring day. We had lovely days in Zaragoza, especially because of the great location of the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and gave us good tips of what to visit and where to hire nice bikes for a reasona - Staff was very attentive when we discovered after departing to Barcelona we had left something in the room safe. They worked seamlessly to get it to us by courier & everything including passports were delivered! The breakfast was extensive in the Sunday morning we ate it. The pool was a wonderful way to spend some time relaxing after a day of travel. A very comfortable room & luxurious bath. Again, we thank the staff for their conscientious help in securing our left items.

  Great design of the Hotel - both exterior and interior. The staff speaks english :) (a bit difficult to find spanish people speaking english). Staff was very helpfull. Rooms are very well equipped. Great location (7mins walk from bus/train station and 3 mins walk from expo zaragoza 2008) - Nice employees
