  I ist just an amazing place :) You live in a side street (so it's pretty calm compared to the general noise in Valencia) and you are close to everytning. All what we needed was in walking distance. They rent also bicycles (we got 10% discount). We cycled to the beach and to the Albufera reserve (It was really worth the effort). The room was very clean and nice, with toilet and bathroom (separate), although they looked like being added as you had to climb up a step to got to the bathroom, but it was not a problem.
