Close to the metro station, very clean & nice apartment. The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful. The soundproof is awesome - we didn't hear any noises.Well-equipped kitchen. The supermarket "Mercadona" is nearby The receptionist is also clean up the apartment, so be ready that you may need to call him to enter the building (the phone number is on the front door). Very friendly and helpfull stuff! Cosy and clean place, free Wi-Fi, nearby supermaket is very good and our kid have enjoyed various playgrounds around this place. We felt safe in this district, even in late hours. Good place for reasonable price!.
