  We had a bath tub, fully-functioning airconditioning, wi-fi in the room (we're on the 4th floor so reception's not 100% but still works!), clean showers with towels and amenities, balcony, and a working elevator. The staff were extremely helpful and were happy to be of service to the customers. Patient and cheerful. If you want to stay in a budget hotel, you can't find cheaper one with better comfort. Only location was not perfect, 10 minutes walk to beach but still cause no problem.

  Nice room double bed, bath with shower and a balcony. Staff were excellent. Pool area was a little sun trap a good size and pleasant to sit in. Great location, quiet area, but close to all the shops, parties, beaches. There is a WiFi all over hostel and fitness centre just around the corner. Rooms are very clean and comfy, I had a balcony with a swimming pool view. I`m looking forward to going there again :)

And the manager Toni is always on-hand to help and provide info where needed. I would strongly recommend Hostal Residencia Rita as it would definitely be my first choice if I visit Ibiza again! - Great location not in the heart of WestEnd, but within 5min distance which is ideal as WestEnd is loud. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the owner Pilar. Rooms and towels were cleaned daily amazing considering the price, I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
