  The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.   Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife. Around the pool area was always spotless plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early and make a made rush for them. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

  We only needed a room for a couple of nights near to the airport after our holiday and this place was perfect - we could watch the planes taking off and landing from our balcony which also overlooked the golf course. It may sound like this could be very noisy but we didn't find it intrusive & it was something to watch while we had our breakfa... co mówią ludzie » st! . The apartment facilities were good and the very large double bed was wonderfully comfortable. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the many - Everything was clean, staff were very friendly and the apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you could need-a true home from home. The maids were constantly cleaning, changing beds and towels, all communal areas were immaculate and the resort was very peaceful. In in all Tenerife Country club is amazing.

  From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. Had a great 70th Birthday here, fabulous. - The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd thouroughly recommend.
