  The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

  The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous, nothing was a problem. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved.   We had a fantastic stay here. The best feature was the amazing buffet meals in the hotel, offering a huge variety of delicious foods which varied each day. The staff were really friendly, especially the chefs. On check in, we were greeted with a glass of champagne each, and at breakfast on the Sunday there was unlimited free champagne too. It had a huge - Restaurant staff and food was excellent - quality and variety. Sun beds couldn't be reserved before 9am. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and always had a smile for you. Pool was clean and a good size. Easy to walk to the lovely beach at Los Christianos or to some nice bars for a drink.

  The bungalows were ideal for us very spacious. The complex is very well situated with a lot of activities to suit all ages(these extra activities can be booked off the complex). Wifi is available in most areas you struggle to a signal on the edge of the complex which is no big deal.   Bylo super, cala rodzina zadowolona. - Service staff and food provided for meals were excellent. - This hotel is indeed worth to be chosen for a holyday at Los Cristianos. It is not near to the beach Las Vistas but on working days they have a small bus to get there often.

  Everything, it's so unique, nothing like the numerous old fashioned 'block' hotels in the region. It's very colourful and imaginative, there's so much attention to detail. It's a proper 5 star. The staff are really friendly too and always have time for you.
