Right in the heart of the national park and next to the beach. Good value for money in the restaurant and bar. The pool setting was great. It was really clean and well looked after. Staff were all really friendly. -

Everything was the best, this was our 4th visit - They had an indoor pool as well as 2 other pools outside. It was also about 1 block from the beach which was awesome. The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. -

Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again. A lot of fun. -

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

Food excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Elderly relative did find all the steps up to the room quite difficult. We didn't have young children with us but there seemed to be good entertainment for them. Had a lovely time would recommend it. -

The peace and tranquility of the hotel was the outstanding feature - it was so lovely and relaxing to laze around all day or to come back to after a busy day out. The staff were excellent - all very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were lucky to be upgraded to the Royal Suite - a touch of real luxury! -

The location is close to the great Playa de Muro and well located to visit the north of the island. The car is a must.
