  The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. - Everything. Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel.   Loved the facilities at the hotel, the gym was great and in door pool jacuzi, steam and sauna, outdoor pool very cold but refreshing. We used the bike storage which was very secure and hired bikes at the port. We didnt eat at the hotel as we were self catering but it looked good quality food we just enjoyed walking into the port. We got great studio with beautiful view onto the bay. Food was ok, you always find something nice to eat. The hotel is much quainter than any of the others with lots of outdoor dining/seating areas. The food was excellent with lots of choice.
