We stayed in the SES VOLTES Junior suite which is - Carmen & Sebastian are truly amazing hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. They adore children and accommodate all sorts of needs. We loved staying here, it was home from home and we shall miss them... The pool and gardens and estate property are spectacular, they have done so much work it is truly magical. Highly recommend staying here, Valldemossa is beautiful but great joy was had returning to this estate.

  Excellent in all ways. The room we stayed in, a suite, was very spacious and all looked very new. Fantastic views of the fields. Very quiet hotel, the perfect set if you are looking for rest. The gardens were very green and well taken care of; the swimming pool, nice and big, was during most part of the day quiet. The kids loved it!!! The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.
