I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help.
Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys.
Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

The hotel is well run and clean. Staff are overall friendly and helpful. The Hotel was not too busy and the many swimming pools allowed for a different location to sunbath during the week. We loved pretty much everything, we were self catering and the apartment was fabulous, modern and well equiped with a toaster, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also had great aircon, a flat screen TV and hairdryer,
The pool area was fabulous overlooking the sea. Luckily our apartment opened onto the pool area -very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
