  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  Tha staff were all very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The access to the slopes is fantastic from the hotel, only a chair lift ride away or ski straight on. - Staff couldn't be nicer. did everything they could to help. Excellent Hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.

  Booked in for 1 night dinner, bed & breakfast 2 couples. Everything about our stay was lovely. We stayed in the junior suites and would do so again. The girls on reception were very friendly and helped us out with the language. A trip into zujar is recommended with a visit to the cave houses a must. The food was typical mediterranean and we tried things we had never had before, very good val - The room was an attractive one though the "French balcony" proved to be less than 30cm deep. It was clean, well-furnished and well-maintained. Reception was friendly and helpful and the hotel is well situated overlooking the substantial reservoir and enjoying some remarkable views. The dinner was fair but not better than that and the wine list very restricted. Breakfast was also only fair with several items running out. Yet it was nonetheless a very good stay and we would readily recommend it t
