The staff were excellent, on every level. Very child friendly with kids club, indoor pool was a life send in the bad weather. Apartment was a great size for our family of 5. I can't say enough about the staff, they were so efficient. The entertainment at night for kids and adults was great. We're going back again! Food was great too... -

The staff are excellent: professional and competent whilst also friendly and good humoured. The Hotel Illa d'Or has a magnificent setting, with wonderful views both of sea and mountains; and located in a quiet spot towards the end of the Pine Walk, which makes a lovely short promenade to the centre. The garden and design of swimming-pool. - Public bus from Palma stops at the hotel. The location by the nature reserve and the sea is very good. The staff are very friendly and skilled at languages. Very convenient hire of bicycles in the hotel itself.

Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas.
One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.

Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast with vast array of well cooked and presented food
Upmarket hotel with nice grounds in a dull touristy not very smart resort. One of the only hotels we saw with lots of space around the pool. Choice of pillows. Made a good base for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca -

All the staff has been amazingly pleasant and making you feel welcome. The hotel is very well equipped and modern, as are the rooms. The food at breakfast and dinner is delicious with a large choice in a buffet style. Overall fantastic place!
