  Fantastic food, setting and buildings. Extremely helpful and friendly staff - We loved our stay at Son Palou. It is unbelievably peaceful, in beautiful surroundings and the staff are helpful without being intrusive. The gardens have been beautifully laid out and it doesn't get much more relaxing than lazing in the pool, looking out over the mount... co mówią ludzie » ains.   This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

Came here a few years ago and hotel definitely needed updating.The recent revamp has made this an excellent place to stay.Location could not be better - sea view rooms overlook the marina with views of cathedral to left and cruise ships to the right. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. Breakfast could not have been better, the choice is vast, from pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, cooked breakfast to order,

  The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. The Hotel is very big and have several buildings and swimming pools. The restaurant is in the central building. We were looking for a quiet, respectable hotel, near the sea, without noisy parties is for this hotel.   A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... co mówią ludzie » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!
