Price was unbeatable-this place is located just off Plaza de Nueva, so is close to tapas bars, flamenco shows, restaurants, shops & all the tourist sights.   We were welcomed by a Spanish front desk clerk who spoke a bit of English. When asked, transferred us to another room because wifi signal was stronger. When asked, he also called Tapeo de Cervantes and booked us a table for 2 in Spanish. Location is perfect, it is right in front of the trainstation. A short walk to the old town with all its temptations. And the hostal itself with its cool marble floors is traditional, comfortable and homely. And to top it all: the prices are "affordable".

  Receptionist was very helpful. It was a large clean room with good bathroom for a great price. Good free wifi. Good parking available in a secure park.
