  Nice staff! feeling of beeing in "your private home" cause of the small hotell and intim atmosphere in the hall/breakfast room.   Well equipped apartment for self catering with good heating right at the top of the village but that meant driving on cleared road with few other cars, which was good. Garage with free space, so car stayed safe. Parador chair lift down to village and major ski areas about 250 mts away. Lovely views of the slopes & - Comfort. All the fascilities needed. A Russian speaking member of staff on request. Great respect to letsbookhotel.com, who supported us in a difficult situation, when we could not find our way to the apartment because it's not captured by gps. letsbookhotel.com was a great help, thank you!

Loved being in old town in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. We stayed in apt. 6 and thought it was quiet and liked that the bedrooms are in the back away from the pedestrian street. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was hot during our stay. One full bath with plenty of hot water and small half bath was nice because we had 4 adults. Daniel was pleasant and so helpful with recommendations and advice with what to see an

  The location is to die for! We had a car and could actually park it very close to the hostal for free. We did everything walking from there. The rooms are very cosy with AC (needed in this city) and private bathrooms. - near bus station and location is perfect!!

  This hostel was really nice, rooms were big enough with an individual wardrobe for everyone. It has a nice roof terrace as well. I particularly liked the staff who were very friendly and organised things for people to get together.
