The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again. -
The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. our villa standard was in a lovely quiet location, the size was excellent for 5 of us, a 3rd bed was put into 2nd bedroom. apt was very clean, maids do great job. irish and uk tv also brilliant to have. restaurant very handy, pizza was fantastic value for the kids, pool size also good, bit cold but then it is winter over there! we also liked proximity to airport, after long journey-perfect. we arrived late and v kind receptionist gave us complimentary milk,juice and water-nice touch.

Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. The hotel is great value for money. The apartments are larger than others I have stayed in the same area. We had an amazing view of the sea from our room, which was spotless. There are 2 pools, the smaller one is nice and quiet so we always went to this one. The pool and surrounding areas are kept spotless and there are nice comfy cushions for the

Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Bar staff were great, Marcelo & Jaen were very welcoming and were great entertainment.
Domingo runs the restaurant, he is a fine chef and I would recommend you try the restaurant during your stay.
Poolside is covered by a super nice guy Cecilio. More than a lifeguard, he would entertain and teach the kids card tricks and give the adults fitness tuition. Always one to hold an interesting conversation with.
