  Amasingly helpfull stuff, good location:close to the bus station, city centre, beaches and Loro Parc. Nice clean rooms. Awesome view from the roof (which has a pool).   Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! Spa was luxurious and massages were very good thermal spa area was well laid out too. Courteous and helpful staff. Spacious well appointed room. Fridge in room. Although we were booked in only bed and breakfast we had dinner in the hotel on 4 nights of our stay as the quality was excellent for the cost.

  The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. - Great location.

  Basic accommodation, but clean, has everything you need for a self- catering stay. Plenty shops and restaurants around, 5-10 min walk to beaches (either side left or right), bus station is really close to take you anywhere in Tenerife - Location was amazing, totally value for money. All the necessary stuff was in the room and it was clean.
