Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Rooms were clean and cooking facilities were good. Whilst the bed was a little uncomfortable, as our stay was was only for a few days it was not too much of a probl

Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and
has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners
did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go
again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of
the very expensive port!!!

This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite. I would recommend that you upgrade if you can

i thought the hotel was excellent and would certainly recommend it. Good old fashioned service, which is very difficult to find nowadays. - Beautiful setting. Excellent service. Friendly, helpful staff.

We wanted somewhere away from the maddening crowd and got just that. A short walk down to the beach cove and to the village, bus at the end of the road. Staff excelent. Breakfast very nice. Overall a very pleasent stay apart from the weather as it rained all weekend. - Having stayed at Marina Portals several times, we always find the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.
