The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff.   I hadn't realised it was all inclusive so it was a nice added bonus. Set out of hotel was very nice and relaxing - The swimming pool area. The buffet was excellent. I thought we hadbooked for bandb but it was fully comprehensive which included all drinks.

  I was booked into Costal Azul Hotel in Palma for four nights and it was th epits so I found this hotel asap and booked immediately and arried an hour later and got checked in to a double room for sole use incl breakfast with a view over the beach.   Excellent location in a characterfull hotel. Couldn't believe it was so peaceful in the centre of the city..a little haven. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.They offered advice on trips, eating out, travel arrangements etc.Would definitely recommend and stay again - The huge spa bath!

  Very clean and quite place.Room was cleaned daily.Helpful and polite staff especially the short, lean guy at the reception who looks a bit like Andres Iniesta and stays at the reception in day shift on weekdays. But after 1 night, we considered that the budget is pretty friendly and the bedroom is so comfortable. And then we didn't expected the housekeeper was clean the room every morning. We are satisfied.
