  Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed. - the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent

Came here a few years ago and hotel definitely needed updating.The recent revamp has made this an excellent place to stay.Location could not be better - sea view rooms overlook the marina with views of cathedral to left and cruise ships to the right. Bus direct to airport (3 Euros) and city - What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. Breakfast could not have been better, the choice is vast, from pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, cooked breakfast to order,

  The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities one would expect from a four star hotel; it was quite clean and well appointed.   I hadn't realised it was all inclusive so it was a nice added bonus. Set out of hotel was very nice and relaxing - The swimming pool area. The buffet was excellent. I thought we hadbooked for bandb but it was fully comprehensive which included all drinks.
