This hotel is excellent for location and comfort at a very reasonable price. We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. The hotel is modern with free wifi and the room very comfortable with a generously sized shower. Staff were polite and helpful. Another plus is an Italian Restaurant 'Ginos' situated near the Metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.
As per usual in Spanish hotels, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. As part of the Ibis Group I had assumed this would be a standard facility.
The metro station is situated with 2-3 minutes walk. Free parking is just outside the hotel. If you wish to have a more secure / private parking, the hotel could provide. The hotel is just between the city centre and the airport. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.

Very good location. 2min walk from Metro station(Suanzes). Rooms and bedsheets was cleaned every day. Staff can can speak english quiet good.
