I got a single room with private toilet and bathroom. The staff knew English a little, but they are very kind and helpful. They tried the best to answer my questions. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was really better than what I expected from a hostel.

Hostel fontanela is great-location is few minutes from city center and
metro station and it is not so loud like in la Rambla.It is very clean

A shared kitchen allowed cooking own meals, staff spoke perfect english and was very helpful - they even made some calls to solve a problem that happened to us while visiting another hotel. Our room was quite small but clean, functional and nice. -

Staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. The room and facilities were very clean. We didn't think the room was small at all - we could fit both our large suitcases in without any troubles. The location of Hostal Boutique Khronos was excellent, 10 mins walk from the main square where buses to and from airport were situated. Bus Turistic city tour buses also leave from here. We were also only 15 mins walk from The Ramblas, the main tourist shopping street. Khronos was basic but very clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful. The bed was quite hard, but this seems to be the case in many Spanish hotels. there was also a great terrace where free tea was served. Right next

This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. The rooms at the front have balconies looking out onto the Ramblas Cataluyna. It is within walking distance of La Rambla and very close to the metro and buses to all the other attractions.

The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.It is next to The Passeig De Gracia and very close to Las Ramblas.Extremely friendly staff that helped us orginize our trip.Our room (Nr 8) was spacious,clean,comfortable and very quiet.There are many options around the hostal for eating,shopping and many more.There was hot water and very strong wifi signal all the time.It was generally very well organized with door codes and everything needed provided before we had even arrived!

The kitchen is complete and the bathroom is very modern and clean. Nice area close to gay bars and good restaurants. - This was our first trip to Barcelona, and we loved the suite on Valencia. We have a family of four (two teens) and had a terrible time finding a hotel or anything with appropriate bedding arrangements. No only did we have two very nice bedrooms, but it had a lovely kitchen and living area. A balcony overlooked the street. The building is nearly sound proof to the city traffic.

Location of the hostel is good as quite close to the city centre. You
can reach the Rambla street just walking and it takes you around 20
minutes. There is also a metro station near the hostel so can see
further districts of Barcelona taking one of the line. Our room was big
with a comfortable bed and a small tv that was quite nice. There was

Hosts were lovely! Tina was very helpful. Provided us straight away with bus information a map and suggestions for places to visit. Room was big with a table and fridge. Breakfast was self serve with plenty to choose from. Excellent location for Gaudi tours and Guell Park. Everything we did was in walking distance. Easy to get train to airport from this spot too. Tina also provided a cheap laundry service which made things so easy! Beds were firm which was fine for us but may bother others.

I like everything very much. The services is great. The rooms were allways clean (the towels changed every day) and confortable. The location of the hostal Oliveta is very convienent. Just couple minutes from metro station Parallel, also you can easily reach the old quarter, La Ramblas on foot. It will take 10-15 minutes to walk.

Stayed for 8 days, in the beginning, the hotel was the mistakes, and they booked us a room to other guests were settled, we proposed a more modest room, two days later freed ours, previously reserved room.
