Just an ideal location, 5 minutes away from the main walking area of the city (Ramblas, Barri Gothic), and connected to almost every location of the city with a direct metro line having the metro station just a few steps away from the hotel entrance! Walking distance to main places of interest in the center. Decor was extravagent pseudo Baroque but a pleasant change from the usual bland modern hotel. The free 24 hour self service buffet was basic but excellent value for money, saving a fortune in coffees and snacks out.

  The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Any request or query was delt with efficiently and effectivley.   The room was clean with first class accessories. The buffet breakfast exceeded anything I imagined for quality and plentitude of selection. We loved the location of the hotel; the Born district is beautiful and we could walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions for dinner and a taxi for the airport. The transfer to and from the airport was easy and cheap as the hotel is directly opposite a RENFE station. Hotel spotless with extremely friendly and helpful staff.   Spedzilam w hotelu Azul trzy noce. Musze przyznac ze bylam bardzo mile zaskoczona wysokim standartem . Bardzo czysto, spokojnie i bardzo dobra lolkalizacja- P.
