Zenit Abeba is a wonderful place to stay and a real find. I was in Madrid because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well situated in a lovely, safe residential section of Madrid, close to shops, places to eat and the metro. I would definitely stay

I Enjoy Running. It is close to a lot of long distance running. The Metro is close by and it takes 5 mins to the Center of town. located in front of Spanish Ministry of Internal Affairs. Good location, 10min walking distance to the first historical square where you normally start a walking tour of Madrid. Was very quiet, no people, very good breakfast 12E a person which is super good for the center. If you go out you spend twice as much for breakfast. Room is small and cosy and they don't charge for children if they stay with you on the bed. Has little kitchen, can cook a bit. Overall good impression, hotel is either new

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. The hotel was what I would consider a 5 star. The decor were very modern, very comfortable, immaculate. The shower was spacious and had three different shower heads. A nice touch for the weary traveler.
There was a young man at reception who was very pleasant and eager to help with various dirrections to events and sightseeing -

Location was just the best in Madrid I believe. It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...).
