  Location, location, location! The apartment was great. It met all our needs. It was clean and very functional. Also, Jose Manuel was a great host! He gave us all the information we needed. He went above and beyond what was expected. My daughter's luggage was misplaced by the airline.   We stayed for 2 nights on our arrival to Madrid (into Atocha Station, which is about a 10 minute walk straight down Calle Atocha); the young, ultra-helpful staff was a pleasure to deal with - they are sharp people and we found no shortage of good English among them. Without exception the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and equally happy to speak
