Friendly, helpful staff. Well-appointed apartment. We were upgraded to a flat in a different, quiter location after our original choice of apartment had to be closed for repairs. - big not expansive but too noisy.

The location of the hostel is close to shopping venues, metro station and tourist interests. The staff was helpful and kind they gave me my breakfast at night since I was leaving very early before the breakfast is served. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes next to the hostel.

The hotel is located in the center of the city only a short two blocks from the Sol Metro station. We could walk to the major areas of interest and the Atocha train station (cab with luggage). It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why?
1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms.

Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent.
Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power.
The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. It was a pleasant surprise to stay at an art showcase hotel: what an inspiration. When we arrived they were displaying beautiful photographs from an artist, on the following week they displayed paintings from a renowned andalusian painter. Hotel is renovated and is very trendy, our room was good and clean.
Cleaning was done well. We had no problems at all. We didn't take
breakfast so cannot comment on it. It is well situated, with a tube stop
just 3 minutes walk from the door. All major tourists sites are withing
walking distance, Plaza del Sol only 5-7 mins away (Prado musem is about
15-20 minutes, so as Plaza Espania).
