  We liked many, many things about these apartments. We stayed here for three nights prior to beginning a two week tour of Spain, so it was wonderful to be able to start our tour out with all clean clothes (due to nice washer/dryer).   Excellent location, close to the museums and the railway station, 5 to 10 minutes walk. Great views from the 7 large windows on the Plaza Santa Ana. The plaza is interesting and filled with people. Take earplugs if you are sensitive and want to sleep with open windows. Well equiped kitchen. Big and well equipped apartment . Otherwise it is the location on the southern edge of a neighborhood in which the locals of madrid come to have afternoon/evening drinks in the many squares and dine in the many inexpensive yet really good restaurants. Rooms have very individual styles and furnishing so it is not a standardized experience (this is good and bad). Overall, I had a very nice stay.

  Location, location, location! The apartment was great. It met all our needs. It was clean and very functional. Also, Jose Manuel was a great host! He gave us all the information we needed. He went above and beyond what was expected. My daughter's luggage was misplaced by the airline. Thank you so much Jose Manuel! You made our Madrid vacation - The owner was very accommodating. The location was very near market places and metros. It was a very convenient location if you are staying in Madrid longer than 2 days! The kitchen was well equipped and there is a good washing machine that actually worked.
