Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location.   The hotel is situated just 5 minutes from the beach and the metro. The stop of Bus Turistic is just on the next street. There are many small food shops not far from the hotel. The view from the windows is great (even if you live on the 3rd floor). The stuff was great! Very helpful!   We were not only plunged into the cosy atmosphere but we felt a marine spirit due to the authentic decoration, despite the fact that the boat is situated not in the open sea. Also there was sincere hospitality as if we were the long-awaited friends. The deck is created for the stay under the stars - We found the St. Katharine B&B Boat accidentally and it turned out to be the perfect accomodation for our week-end trip. Situated not so far from the old town (15 min tube and walk) it's the best mix between adventure and peace you can get in Barcelona. The prices are really fair and Cas, the owner, looks after you as if you were a family member.
