  We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. While there they even shared a couple of toys with our daughter which she loved. The room was comfortable and the washrooms were clean.   Excellent studio room in the heart of Bilbao - ours had a little balcony looking onto the lovely Old Town street. Clean, spacious, comfy bed, lots of natural light. Very short walk from metro and tram stops, as well as all the old town sites, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The wonderful staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - highly recommend! - Really lovely apartment run by wonderful staff who were very accommodating and gracious to us after a misunderstanding with payment. The owner even offered us umbrellas due to the rainy weather! Apartment is spacious, super clean and right in the heart of Old Town. It's also very close to the metro making it easily accessible by foot and public transport. I would definitely recommend Arriaga Suites!

  For the money, it was one of the most spacious and bright rooms I have had for the category. The criticisms that this place got was minor and I don't get it. One side of the room is floor to ceiling windows. Really light and bright. Clean and spacious for the price. Right in the Old Town close to bars and restaurants and you can walk everywhere. Staff were lovely, though English isn't really spoken they will do their best to communicate. Room was really nice.   Very good location and helpful staff. Simple accommodation but fair for the money. A very easy walk to the Guggenheim and to the old town. Reasonably priced parking nearby. - the staff was very helpful and kind, the location was great, just a few meters from Plaza Moyua where the airport shuttle stops.
