  The location is superb, just off La Ramblas. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean. Its on a quiet street just a few hundred yards from La Ramblas. It was a beautiful hotel right in the center of everything. The finishings were beautiful with a luxurious feel in the common areas as well as in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Nice big towels and very nice large bath sheets. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Spain, this was our favorite.

The interior of the room is a bit old, looks like from the 80's or so but who cares as long as you are in the middle of the action. The Metro is very close and really the apartments are in a great central location to get around Barcelona. The staff was responsive and very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt in #20.
