Możliwość regulowania ogrzewania pokoju. - A nice, very clean and cosy hotel with a perfect location close to the heart of Madrid. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice. The overall standard is fully equal to 3*** or even a bit above. - Standard of room and reception area were excellent - appeared to be brand new (April 2008). Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Playa de Major. 5 minutes walk from Puerto de Toledo Metro. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

  Excellent location close to Atocha station, walking distance to the three big museums (and the city center, if you like a bit of a hike), supermarket at the corner. The hotel is on a quiet side street; there was absolutely no street noise. Upside independence, downside, no livebeing could assist us, very frustrating experince. However the next day the staff apologized and gave us a voucher for parking, which helped.

  The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool.
