The apartment is very charming, clean, spacious and steps from the Alcazar Palace and Seville Cathedral! We got a warm welcome by a very nice gentleman who waited for us since we were late for our check-in time. He had to help us get to the apartment since the place is not accessible by car and we had to park away from the apartments. The closest place to park is underground beside Alfonso XIII Hotel - Fantastic place for a large family staying in Sevilla. In the heart of Santa Cruz area, 100m away from the Cathedral & Alcazar, small shops and restaurants, all accessible form walking distance. The duplex is fully equiped, very comfortable, and the full roof terrasse is just incredible. The kids and us loved the place. The little extra: our host was very welcoming and helping in any ways to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you!

A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

  Very good value for money. I cannot think of many places in Sevilla where you can get a private double-bed room for 25 Euros per night. On top of that, there was free wi-fi, two free PCs for use, nice clean bathrooms, and breakfast included.
