The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid! A+ -

A++ hotel. - the staff is very very helpful and friendly and speak english. the rooms while small are comfortable. the shower is very nice. they have a free computer with internet onsite. other travelor's have left books and magazines to read. it is close to several metros and within walking distance to the museums. the price is reasonable and our room was quiet.

Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants. Excellent location near the Metro and many restaurants. Friendly, helpful people at the front desk who helped make dinner reservations for us. Good WiFi in our room. Comfortable beds and quiet A/C. - I really liked staying here. The location is close to everything, the staff was really nice to us and the room was quite at night.

Staff at front desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms were excellent, for an 'hostal'. Location is great and very easy to reach. We didn't take breakfast; plenty of places around. - We were highly impressed at the cleanliness. All staff were professional and friendly.

The location of the hostel is close to shopping venues, metro station and tourist interests. The staff was helpful and kind they gave me my breakfast at night since I was leaving very early before the breakfast is served. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes next to the hostel.

The location is great. The value is great. Your really cant complain too much when it's about 30 euros a night in this location. Facility is a bit outdated, but it is cheaper and yet still a lot better and more comfortable than most hostels in Europe of that price range. It is clean for the most part and staff is friendly. We got a three people room for 30 a night.

It's an hostal, not an hotel. Said that, everithing was really good: WiFi decent, clean room (they clean it every day) and the staff is very helpful. Position is very good: really close to atocha, to the retiro gardens, the Prado, the modern art museum.. And close to city centre as well. In case in the district there are too different bars/pubs..
