  Excellent location in a characterfull hotel. Couldn't believe it was so peaceful in the centre of the city..a little haven. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.They offered advice on trips, eating out, travel arrangements etc.Would definitely recommend and stay again - The huge spa bath!

  We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great.   Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t - Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.
