  We stayed for 2 nights on our arrival to Madrid (into Atocha Station, which is about a 10 minute walk straight down Calle Atocha); the young, ultra-helpful staff was a pleasure to deal with - they are sharp people and we found no shortage of good English among them. Within half an hour of booking I received a "welcome" email from the hotel with detailed and useful information on how to find the hotel whatever the mode of transport, I’ve never had this before from an hotel, it boded well and I was not disappointed. Without exception the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and equally happy to speak

  We stayed in the 3-bedroom appartement, which was extremely nice. Javier, the owner is extremely helpfull. We could check-in early while the cleaning lady was still busy making up the appartment. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.
