Modern hotel with spacious rooms, clean and very comfortable, high
quality fixtures and good shower. Reception staff friendly enough.
Location was fine, caught Bizkaibus outside Airport Terminal straight to
Centre (get off 2nd stop) and 10 minute walk to the Hotel. There are
lots of bars and restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. Very nice stay

This Hotel is an upscale modern facility set in a grand old building. It is centrally located in downtown Bilbao walking distance from everything and anything. The hotel would best be characterized, at least subjectively, as business luxury: it is luxurious but not plush. Lastly, it was a very good deal through letsbookhotel.com during the period we stayed. Highly recommended for top level comfort.

Generalnie OK - choć nie powinien się nazywać Hotel SPA bo owszem jest w budynku hotelu ale to całkiem odzielna i niezależna firma i w cenie noclegu nie ma nawet sauny :( - It's a lovely place. It was next to the old town which was within 10mins walk of the hotel (although up a hill on the way home). We felt the old town had a lovely buzz in the evening, very Spanish and not many tourists.
The hotel was very clean, and paying 50 euros a night made the hotel extremely good value for money.

This was a stop for convenience for us before getting the ferry early
next day. It was easy to find and park and easy to get to the port in 30
minutes. The parking was secure and the room large and comfortable
though a bit impersonal. Due to time restrictions we ate at the hotel
which was fine.....not outstanding but quite good and suited us for the
last night in Spain.

... co mówią ludzie » after a while. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Breakfast includes some quite tasty bread! - The free bikes were great. Bilbao is excellent for cycling around and we managed to get way further than on foot. Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.

I enjoyed everything. The staff was very, very helpful and courteous. The hotel was wonderful - modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, perfect. I'd stay there again in a second. The hotel is an excellent value. - staff were incredibly helpful, with fluent english. Road directions out of town were clear and accurate.

I loved the design and art work and the thematic ties with the amazing Guggenhein Museum and Fine Arts Museum, both of which are within such easy walking distance. Very helpful staff, lovely rooms, good food available in the bar and good location for the Guggenheim - we took a tram which stopped only 100 yds from the hotel. - You got what you expected from staying at a 4* and the hotel staff were very helpful.
