We booked for 3 nights but upon arrival we realised what was listed as a
Twin/Diuble Room with shared bathroom was in fact a double bunk.
There was nothing in the room apart from the bunk bed.
What made it worse was that I specifically asked under 'comments' whilst making the booking for a double bed, and if this is not available to please let me

This is a brandnew hostel in the center of Valencia. Great staff, very clean and good design.
Price is very good and i also saw some of the double bedrooms and theyre incl a very nice bathroom. The shared bathrooms are even with bubble jacuzzi bath!! Kitchen very clean and well equiped and lovely roof terrace. Staff speaks english and are always willibg to help.

Newly decorated rooms with sufficient space and particularly comfortable shower. Friendly and helpful staff (willing to leave us some breakfast, ready for us to have prior to the actual opening of the breakfast, as we had to leave before that time). It is very nice and stylish apartment in the heart of old town of Valencia. Staff was very friendly and helpful, apartments was clean. Santiago met us at apartment building, showed us everything and provided with city map.

Location was excellent. Short distance to Arts and Science Museum etc and the Old Town. Loads of places to eat close by. Excellent value accommodation which was modern and clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend to others. -

We were probably the first people to stay in the (single bedroom) apartment. It was crisp, brand new and clean. We had a warm welcome by one of the staff. The apartments are very clean and modern.
The free parking is excellent. It is secure underground and can be accessed directly from the apartments.
There is a small pool at the back of the apartment. Unfortunately we did not realize this until leaving as it did not state this on our booking.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Free use of laptop and access to the internet. Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. The safety box is excellent and easy to use. - Great room with balcony. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and extremely well serviced each day. Superb breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
