Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation. The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

  Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed. - the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent

Both bedrooms we booked were spacious with a balcony.I had concerns because one of our party is in a wheelchair and i had asked for our room to be near hers and it was. we were near the lift and access was great.   Really beautifully designed hotel, exterior and the public areas. Very cool. About a 15 min walk to the marina and wonderful contemporary art gallery and 10 min to the shopping area or restaurants, so out of the centre, but near enough. Rooms well equipped and designed quite funky, very zen all white, and single room perfect size, excellent shower... co mówią ludzie » , cool basin. Free WiFi. All in all excellent, and would happily stay again. Lovely rooftop chill out and pool area, with great views of the mountains - It is a beautiful hotel with great design which is close to the spirit of the island. In 10-min walking distance from the old town. The staff was very kind making an early check-in after I arrived with a night flight. I stayed in a single room and loved the clever way how space was used - though it was not big, it gave an impression of space and you where comfortable moving anywhere, including shower :)
