  Friendly very helpful staff eventhough they did not speak English and I spoke only a little Spanish. Convenient hotel and whilst nothing very special good value for money and would go again. - Very central, at walking distance of most important monuments and galleries. Very friendly staff and good value for money. Nice clean room.

There was also a mini fridge in the room which i thought was really awesome,as many premises of that level don't seem to include such services. I also appreciated access to the computer. I will stay in this hotel when I return to Madrid.

I have paid five times the amount I did and received less comfort, hospitality and customer service. Many thanks for a great weekend. - The location is great. Nearby the metro station and it's possible to walk to all the things you want to see. Nearby a square with lots of restaurants. Because the plane would leave in the evening and there were no gasts after us, we could stay in the appartment untill we had to leave for the airport with no extra charge. The check-in manager was very kind and helpfull. The appartment and the beds were good.
