  Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. The staff could not have been friendlier nor more helpful, carrying our luggage upstairs. Official check-in time is 15:30 but they called us on the day to ask whether we would like to arrive earlier, which we did. Spotlessly clean. Ideally placed, a short walk from the Alhambra and close to the Plaza Nueva. We walked there from the bus stop outside the Cathedral in 10 minutes. Wish I had found this before.
