Altogether the best place to stay in Granada. - The bed was comfortable, the room was large for a single, the bathroom was luxurious!

  The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. You are in a nice part of Granada not too busy but near a bus stop that takes you straight to the Alhambra. - We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.

  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel. Its proximity to the Alhambra was also useful. - Couldn't fault anything from the staff to the actual building. Retaurant was first class.   having not been to Granada before and travelling by car Ibis was perfect. Good parking and a quiet location a bit out of the main stream of things but that suited us perfectly. A short trip on the bus into the center so in all this was perfectly placed. The hotel was immacultly clean and the bed was the most comfy for a perfect sleep every night ... co mówią ludzie » wanted to take it home with me.the staff were most helpful and the little sun terrace out front was a perfect sun trap - Our thanks to the reception staff who was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a less crowded area, very closed to bus station, Carrefour and McDonalds. Very clean room. Beds very comfortable. Very clean bed linen. Safe underground parking. Good breakfast. Perfect for visiting Granada. Very good value for money. We will definitely return with pleasure.
