Excellent room, and friendly and helpful staff. The rate we paid through the LetsBookHotel.com website was an absolute steal. The hotel was ideally located for us as it was relatively easy arriving and leaving by car and was a nice walk ( about 20 mins) to the old town, beach and other sites. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. We chose this hotel as we were arriving by car and didn't want to drive right into the city centre. The walk into town only takes 10-15 mins. We also loved the movie theme of the hotel and got the Bob Hoskins room. The rooms have DVD players and you can hire for free, movies from the hotel to watch, so we thought this was pretty cool. Can't comment on the breakfast as we went an ate elsewhere.

Everything was excellent .Staff and the front desk where most helpful and professional.I would certainly return to this hotel and recommend it to friends. - The hotel was really lovely, the aptmosphere was relaxed and the staff were very helpful.

Irenaz resort was located on the edge of a beautiful green valley that
was so relaxing. There was often music traveling up from somewhere on
the mountain and it made us really feel like we were in Europe. The
location is a bit out of San seb city but the bus stop is 100metres down
the road and for 1.60 euro takes you 11-15 minutes to get into town

The apartments were very modern and private, overlooking the valley on the outskirts of San Sebastián. We specifically chose the location because we had a car we didn't want to use in the city and parking was free. The apartments were close to a bus stop with regular buses taking about 15 minutes to reach the centre of the city. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with a damage report we needed to fax to the leasing company.

Loved this pension! They upgraded us to a massive corner room which
had a separate lounge area with tv and numerous little balconies. This
pension is very clean and has great staff that are very very helpful
and will even draw on a map all the tapas bars they regularly go to.
So ask a few of the staff so you get a good mix of Bars to hang out
at.

It' s komfortable, small and lovely. Quite clean and very good
equiped, stylish interior, qualty material. Parkinghouse is near, five
minutes to walk. Special discounted voucher has been provided by the
hotel. In next corner great bakeri and this block has bustling nightlife
because of cafes and hambar. Staff is friendly!:)

Javier who was the point of contact and person in charge at Pension was
one of the highlights of the entire trip to San Sebastian. He was very
helpful telling us exactly where to go to get a round and had a great

EVERYTHING!!!!! The location was perfect. We had the most beautiful walk across the bridge into old town everyday. The staff did EVERYTHING possible to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The rooms were nice and big and cozy. Coffee from the machine in the lounge was great and convenient. The value was outstanding. We will stay here when in San Sebastian:)))))

The hotel is right in the middle of any place you want to see and do. The room was so comfortable, big, extremely clean and beautiful. It was nice not being right on top of the noisy tourist areas, to be a little out of it made us feel more a part of the city and locals, yet, it was near all the touristic locations.
