The transfer to and from the airport was easy and cheap as the hotel is directly opposite a RENFE station. Hotel spotless with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Inclusion of a very substantial breakfast made the booking even better value.

The location was perfect. Close to the train station, beach,harbour, LasRamblas...Everything really. The locals where friendly and there wherenice places to eat and drink right outside our apartment - The room is cosy and has a nice view. And is situated in a good area, el Borne.

I just loved this apartment, which was on the second floor of this building (or third of you're American). As an apartment building with a reception area (which is quite rare in my experience), it was super convenient. Andrea speaks English superbly, spent time with us to explain the apartment and how to best see the city and even arranged our taxi out to the airport when we left. She even waved us off! Lovely! Nice location, a lot of bars and restaurants in the area, the hotel is located on the main street of El Born, and you have a supermarket, bakery and a tobacco shop really close by. There are a few bars just beneath the balcony so its a little bit noisy during the evening, even though we liked it, it feels like you are in the middle of things. The

cannot remember the name of the man who welcomed us, but he provided us
with a map and some great recommendations for what to do and see. Saw a
lot of great spots in the downtown area I might have otherwise missed.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Both room and bathroom were in excellent condition, and although on a busy street balcony doors and curtains ensured a comfy dark and quiet night's rest.
With its central location, beach, the historic center, train en metro stations are just around the corner.

The staff was super helpful. Always available to help us plan our stay. They assisted us to make reservations, made all arrangements when we had troubles with our bookings. Always a smile and ready to help.
El Born was the perfect neighborhood for us to visit the city. Very typical, lots of shopping and small restaurants.

The staff were very accommodating to our religious requirements. By going so far as to placing a mini fridge in our hotel room. The complimentary water and coffee is a huge plus. The staff at the hotel (where you check-in) were fantastic. From the
moment we arrived taking us through a map of the city and when we needed
help booking tickets, taxi etc. The apartment building doesn't look
as great from the outside as the hotel but we were very impressed when
we got inside. Great size, actually big enough for 4, very well equipped
and wonderful location. We would definitely recommend.

very good location, nice rooms. We took the green one. The japanese restaurant at the hotel was super!! Try Mascarpone Maki as desert! delicious.
